Class Schedule

Read the following before attending a class:

  • Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable workout clothes.
  • Don’t eat a big meal within 3 hours of working out. You can eat a small meal 2 hours before you workout or a very light snack, like a piece of fruit an hour before you workout.
  • Be sure to arrive on time.
  • There’s plenty of free parking in the parking structure.
  • We also recommed taking an electrolyte supplement or drinking electrolyte water on a regular basis.

Additional Open Hours for Members to Come in and Workout

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:15am to 9am.
And Monday and Friday 2:30pm to 5:00pm.
Wednesday 4:30pm to 5:00pm
Monday and Wednesday 9:00pm-9:30pm
Friday 8:00pm to 9:00pm
